Our cozy, very well and decoratively furnished vacation home is located on the edge of the climatic health resort Freyung in the district Geyersberg - directly on the extensive park area of the former state garden show - with a view of the Dreisesselgebirge and in good weather with a wonderful distant view to the Alps. Ideal for your feel-good vacation in a cultivated and loving atmosphere.
Friendliness, warmth and hospitality - that's what you expect from a vacation in the Bavarian Forest. On our panoramic terrace you can forget everyday life and recharge your batteries. It is important to us that our guests feel at home from the very first day and can switch off from the worries of everyday life. As your hosts, we always have an open ear for your concerns and are on hand with help and advice. We look forward to your visit!
The location of our vacation home with unobstructed, fantastic views is quiet, yet central. From here you can start directly to many hikes and activities. The town center of Freyung with many shopping facilities is 2 km away. A bus stop is within walking distance.
From the front door, dog owners have the opportunity to enjoy nature with their four-legged friends on long walks through meadows, forests and fields. Numerous well-signposted hiking trails start right on the doorstep.

In addition to 120 square meters of living space, the Landhaus am Burgberg offers a large garden and a beautiful terrace.
From the vacation home there are numerous activities possible. Various things are already included, which you can find here here.
The house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is therefore not permitted indoors. However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace.
The vacation home is suitable for dog owners.
The house can be divided into first floor and upper floor. In addition to a garden grill (gas available), three parking spaces for vehicles (including a garage), and a room for skis and winter clothing, the following amenities are available:

The vacation home is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival and departure must take place by 10 am. You will receive a number code before arrival, which you can use to enter your vacation home. You will also receive a key upon arrival, which must be returned at the end of your stay.
Cancellation conditions
Unfortunately, a certain percentage must be charged in the event of cancellation:

If you do not show up without canceling, you will be charged the full amount.
For bookings made via Booking.com or Airbnb, the cancellation policy differs.
Booking
Cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost.
Airbnb
Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Cancellation is completely free of charge for guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking and if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the date of arrival.
In case of no-show without cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
